'Legal Secretary' Stars in New TV Series

A new Showtime miniseries that debuts tonight will offer an entertaining look at perceptions of law firm life as a subtheme.

Already a hit in the United Kingdom, the “surprisingly unsteamy” program, which is based on real-life books and a blog, features a high-class prostitute who tells her family she actually works as a legal secretary, writes a Bloomberg critic.

The sticky situation created by the legal secretary subterfuge in Secret Diary of A Call Girl will be a continuing theme throughout the eight episodes in the series. The program will be shown tonight at 10:30 p.m., eastern time.
