Legal sector adds 3,300 jobs in August
In the largest monthly gain so far this year, the legal sector added 3,300 jobs in August.
According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the total number of legal sector jobs is now 1,139,900, report the Wall Street Journal Law Blog and the Am Law Daily. That’s a gain of 3,200 jobs since the start of the year.
By this same time last year, the legal sector had added 5,900 jobs.
