The so-called “Lolita Lawyer” has sued his former firm, Cravath, Swaine & Moore, for unpaid salary and bonus.

James Colliton pleaded guilty this fall to statutory rape and patronizing a prostitute based on allegations he paid a woman to have sex with her teen daughters. His suit, handwritten on notebook paper, seeks $1.45 million, the New York Daily News reports.

Besides seeking back pay, the suit also claims the firm caused Colliton emotional distress by monitoring his communications.
