After losing a legal battle over a premature decision to sell his stake in an oil spill cleanup machine company just before a major oil company placed a $52 million order, actor Stephen Baldwin hasn’t yet given up his war over what he contends was unfair conduct by his fellow actor and onetime partner in the business venture, Kevin Costner.

On Friday, Baldwin and another ex-partner filed suit in Los Angeles Superior Court seeking $10 million in damages from attorney Daniel Grigsby. A lawyer who often represents Costner, Grigsby allegedly drafted the Ocean Therapies Solutions buyout agreements for Baldwin and the other plaintiff ex-partner without alerting them to the pending order, recounts the Hollywood Reporter.

The suit asserts causes of action for alleged professional negligence and breach of fiduciary duty.
