A Manhattan judge has ruled that a former maid for Naomi Campbell can introduce evidence of past dust-ups with hired help in her lawsuit against the model.

Gaby Gibson claims Campbell hit her and made discriminatory comments when she couldn’t find a pair of Stella McCartney jeans, the New York Post reports. The suit says Campbell verbally abused her on several previous occasions.

Campbell had sought to keep Gibson from admitting “scandalous and prejudicial” evidence about prior incidents, but Judge Michael Stallman refused the request, the Associated Press reports.

“Those alleged acts might be relevant to the issues of intent and the need for future deterrence,” he wrote.
