A Nevada man has pleaded guilty to threatening a federal judge on Facebook, in exchange for a prison term of just over a year.

Jason Andre Willis, 41, pleaded guilty on Tuesday in federal court in Las Vegas to a felony charge of threatening interstate communications, reports the Las Vegas Review-Journal. He has agreed to a 366-day term and his sentencing is scheduled for June.

Although the name of the judge he targeted isn’t stated in the criminal complaint, the presiding judge confirmed in court Tuesday that U.S. District Judge Neil Wake was the target, the newspaper reports.

In 2006, Wake dismissed a discrimination suit brought by Willis in Phoenix. In November, Willis posted information about the judge, a document from that civil case and several comments on Facebook, including: “We will put a bomb around Phoenix, Arizona district court.” He also suggested in another comment, “Kill this judge?”
