Fowler Rodriguez acquires 2 firms in Miami, opens another Florida office
A Louisiana-based international maritime boutique has acquired two Miami law firms and has opened another office in Tampa, Florida.
Fowler Rodriguez announced Thursday that Hayden Milliken & Boeringer, which focuses on maritime insurance claims, and the law offices of Santiago J. Padilla, an immigration and international law specialist, are now part of the 56-attorney boutique, according to the Miami Herald (sub. req.).
“Entering another port city in Tampa where we already do business is a natural transition that will be a great resource for the firm and our clients,” said managing partner George Fowler in a written statement provided to the Herald.
The firm also has offices in New Orleans; Mobile, Alabama; Gulfport, Mississippi; Houston; and Bogotá and Cartagena, in Colombia.
