A Baltimore-area lawyer and magician has been accused of flying to Florida to have sex with an online acquaintance he thought was a 14-year-old boy.

Howard Scott Kalin, 47, was charged with traveling to meet a minor for sexual activity, report the Baltimore Sun and the Orlando Sentinel. Kalin owns a children’s entertainment company called Funhouse Entertainment.

Kalin allegedly brought along a basketball and a movie, intended for his meeting with the boy, who in reality was an undercover detective, the stories say.
