A number of law firms throughout the country are giving away free turkeys for Thanksgiving.

However, a Mississippi law firm has carved up a different approach to the holiday custom, deep-frying and donating 150. They have been pre-ordered and will be sold for $25 each, with all of the proceeds going to benefit Hope Haven Children’s Services in Hancock County, WLOX reports.

The turkey-frying operation is accomplished with a 300-gallon deep-fryer with three 400,000 BTU burners designed to cook an entire pig. Attorneys at Gulfport-based Fowler Rodriguez Valdes-Fauli work an assembly line to prepare the birds for the deep fryer, which cooks 10 at a time.

“When we do this, it allows us to kind of take a moment and just be thankful that we have an opportunity to be able to work in a community like Hancock County and Gulfport and help the charity,” attorney John Garner said.
