A harried young mom admits she used the F-word while at a South Carolina supermarket.

But, contrary to what another shopper reported to police, she was addressing her husband, not her children, who was squashing the bread under other groceries, Danielle Wolf tells WJBF.

Despite an argument between the women over the remark, the other shopper reportedly didn’t want Wolf arrested. But that’s what happened, in front of Wolf’s husband and young children when police were called to the Kroger store in North Augusta, the station reports.

Wolf now must appear at a September court hearing.

A police report (PDF) of the incident provides further details. It notes that Wolf was handcuffed and searched before and after being transported for booking and says the other woman in the incident agreed to testify against Wolf but refused to provide a witness statement.
