Both Bruce Springsteen and a New Jersey woman who knows him because they have patronized the same health club deny that the legendary 59-year-old rocker is the "other man" in her divorce, as her husband claims.
But a judge in New Jersey has refused to issue a confidentiality order concerning the Ocean County divorce case containing Arthur Kelly's unproven allegations, rejecting a request by a lawyer for his wife, Ann Kelly, with which her husband at least partially agreed, according to the Asbury Park Press and the New York Daily News.
"Family Court is not unique in presiding over cases that involve enormous, personal embarrassment," says Superior Court Judge Patricia Roe. "Openness is the norm, not the exception."
Springsteen says he has been happily married for 18 years and is committed to his family.

I bet when Springsteen’s publicist sees the words “other man” and “health club” in the same sentence in an article like this, his heart skips a beat.

I am very skeptical of these allegations, which suggest that sexual interludes with the Boss took place at various times and locations “too numerous to mention.” We’re talking about New Jersey, right? If this mook actually had anything factual, it would likely be spelled out in excrutiating detail, incident by incident, with full particulars of the times, places, sexual positions and techniques involved. “Too numerous to mention” isn’t going to fool anybody.
