A Henderson, Nevada, man is accused of threatening the life of a federal judge in comments made on Facebook.

Jason Andre Willis, 40, was charged with threatening interstate communications, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports. He has been detained pending a Nov. 30 preliminary hearing.

An FBI complaint alleges Willis made the threats in Nov. 11 posts that included a docket sheet for an unsuccessful 2004 discrimination case he filed in Phoenix federal court. According to the FBI, Willis wrote that, “We will put a bomb around Phoenix, Arizona district court.” In another post, he is accused of writing, “Kill this judge? [He] is a United States federal judge.”

The FBI complaint didn’t identify the judge, but the Review-Journal points to indications that Willis’ complaints likely targeted U.S. District Judge Neil Wake, who tossed Willis’ suit in 2006. Wake has told court clerks not to accept any more “improper and unintelligible” court papers from Willis.
