A Fox News anchorwoman has sued Hasbro over a hamster toy that shares her name, alleging that the toymaker has misappropriated her name and likeness.

Plaintiff Harris Faulkner says the Harris Faulkner hamster toy, which is part of the Pet Pawsabilities line, violates her right of publicity and is a false endorsement. She is seeking $5 million in damages, Courthouse News reports.

“Further, Hasbro’s portrayal of Faulkner as a rodent is demeaning and insulting,” the suit says. It was filed Monday in federal court in New Jersey, the state in which the news anchor resides.

Hasbro did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Courthouse News.
