A Brookyn judge who sits in New York’s trial court has been charged with driving while intoxicated.

Initially pulled over at about 4 p.m. on Wednesday for alleged aggressive driving in suburban Albany, Supreme Court Justice Carl J. Landicino is now facing a driving while intoxicated case, as well as traffic infractions, reports the Associated Press.

Landicino reportedly refused both a field sobriety test and a chemical test to determine his blood-alcohol content.

The news agency says the judge did not immediately return a Thursday phone call.
