NY Patent Lawyer Accused of Attacking Girlfriend with iPhone
A New York patent lawyer has been charged in an alleged iPhone attack on his girlfriend.
Brian Anscomb, 37, is accused of trying to stuff the phone down his girlfriend’s throat, the New York Post reports. The alleged attack occurred in the couple’s “posh Upper East Side home,” the story says.
Anscomb’s lawyer, Steven Ross, told the newspaper that Anscomb denies all the allegations.
A LinkedIn profile for a lawyer named Brian Anscomb says he is a patent attorney at Norris McLaughlin & Marcus, and has a patent on a device for “transferring vibrational energy.”
