Court officials in DeKalb County, Ga., acted quickly after learning that an online jury form listed “slave” as a possible occupation.

The word was removed from the form within an hour after 11 Alive raised the issue with court administrator Cathy McCumber, according to this report by the broadcast station. McCumber isn’t sure how the word got on the 62-page list that was used by the courts for 13 years before it was posted online about a month ago.

A potential juror filling out the form told 11 Alive she found the word after typing in the letter “s” on a drop-down menu of occupations to indicate her career was in sales.
