Detailed information about former Washington Wizards star Gilbert Arenas’ household finances is now public knowledge after a law firm apparently inadvertently filed in Los Angeles Superior Court typewritten notes of an interview with his long-term girlfriend.

Trope and Trope, which was consulted by Laura Govan, 31, declined to comment. But a court order permitting the Los Angeles family law firm to remove the “confidential attorney-client privileged” notes from the filing says they were “inadvertently copied and submitted” because of a “clerical error,” reports the Washington Post’s Reliable Source blog.

Among the details revealed by the filing are that the 29-year-old Arenas—who reportedly spent $60,000 on a train set for their three children—expects Laura Govan to live on $8,000 a month, more than half of which goes to pay for a home she owns in California. She also complains that he won’t pay for a nanny and instead expects her to watch the children.

A lawyer for Arenas disputes the accuracy of the notes and says Arenas “remains committed to providing his children with boundless love and support.”
