Sometimes the best legal defense is the hairy kind.

A Bucks County jury acquitted a Philadelphia man accused of robbing a convenience store after it was argued that his stiff hair didn’t match the disheveled locks of the man in the surveillance footage, reports the Associated Press.

Timothy Corbett was found not guilty of charges including robbery and terroristic threats on Wednesday, according to the AP. Surveillance video and an eyewitness account were used as evidence against Corbett, who was charged with robbing the Bensalem convenience store on April 24.

“Defense attorney Louis Busico tugged on his client’s hair during closing arguments, telling the jury that if he couldn’t move it there was no way Corbett was the man with the mussed locks in the video,” the AP reports.
