The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday rejected requests for the same-day release of recorded oral arguments in the latest dispute over the Affordable Care Act.

C-Span and the Oyez Project had both requested quick release of the audio. Legal Times noted the court’s refusal, announced in a tweet by C-Span, which says the audio of Wednesday’s arguments will be released, as usual, on the Friday that follows.

The court also rejected a suggestion by the Oyez Project that the court broadcast the audio from the case, King v. Burwell, in an overflow room for spectators that is usually used to show tourists a film about the court, Legal Times says.

University of California at Irvine law dean Erwin Chemerinsky has called King v. Burwell one of the most important cases of the term. The statutory-interpretation case will determine the availability of tax subsidies in states using federal, rather than their own, insurance exchanges.
