A second woman is facing a criminal case linked to the slaying of a BigLaw attorney found stabbed to death in a Washington, D.C., hotel room in February.

Authorities have now charged Dominique Johnson, 19, with conspiring to commit a robbery, reports the Blog of Legal Times (sub. req.).

She was a roommate of Jamyra Gallmon, 21, who was charged last week with first-degree felony murder in the slaying of David Messerschmitt, an intellectual property lawyer at DLA Piper. A few weeks after the murder, the two women were ordered by a judge to pay $1,800 to their landlord, reports the Washington Post (reg. req.).

District police did not provide details about exactly what Johnson is accused of doing. The news articles do not include any comment from the defendant or her legal counsel.
