Sheppard Mullin Raids Seyfarth for Trio of Wage-and-Hour Partners
Apparently anticipating an uptick of wage-and-hour cases against employers, Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton has brought in three partners from Seyfarth Shaw whose practices focus on defending such class actions.
Headed by the former co-chair of Seyfarth’s wage-and-hour class action practice group, Thomas Kaufman, the trio are leaving Seyfarth’s Los Angeles office to join the Los Angeles office of their new firm, Sheppard Mullin announced in a press release today.
Both firms are known for their strong employment practice groups.
