Singer Chris Brown Retains Mark Geragos to Deal with Fan's Claim to Police He Snatched Her iPhone
A claim that a celebrity snatched a fan’s iPhone might not seem like that big a deal, especially when no criminal charge has been made.
But singer Chris Brown brought in high-powered criminal defense lawyer Mark Geragos to represent him as police in Miami Beach, Fla., investigate the unproven allegation, Radar Online reports.
He is on probation in a felony 2009 domestic violence case in Los Angeles concerning his former girlfriend, the singer Rihanna.

According to the articles and a police report, the fan contends that Brown took her iPhone and drove away in a Bentley after she snapped a photo of him as he and a rapper friend were heading out of a nightclub early on Feb. 19.
