A slain Brooklyn, N.Y., divorce lawyer reportedly had an unusual request in an unsigned copy of his 2006 will.

Mark Schwartz asked to be buried at sea in his scuba gear, a source familiar with the will told the New York Daily News. Schwartz was shot execution-style along with his wife last month at their Brooklyn home, the story says. The directive wasn’t followed; Schwartz was cremated.

Lawyers for the family of the couple asked to seal the document, citing potentially embarrassing information. A former business partner, a customs agent convicted of stealing money from an evidence locker, stood to inherit $50,000 under the will, the source told the newspaper. A lawyer for the customs agent said his client had nothing to do with the deaths.
