Southern regional firm raids Butler Snow for lawyers to establish new Memphis, Tenn., office
A 200-attorney southern regional firm based in Nashville, Tenn., has raided the Memphis, Tenn., office of Butler Snow to open a new outpost there.
Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis announced the new office Wednesday. It will be staffed initially by four lawyers from Butler Snow, three of whom focus their practice on health care life sciences matters.
“My partners and I are very excited about expanding Waller’s footprint and working with these talented lawyers,” said Waller chairman John Tishler in the firm’s press release. “We see tremendous synergy between their deep relationships within the Memphis biotech community and our experience with investor-owned hospitals, health systems and other health care providers.”
Waller also has offices in Birmingham, Ala. and Austin, Texas.
