The U.S. Supreme Court has rejected yet another lawsuit challenging the citizenship of Barack Obama.
For the fifth time in recent weeks, the court has refused to hear a citizenship suit, SCOTUSblog reports. The suit rejected today was brought by Cort Wrotnowski of Greenwich, Conn., the Associated Press reports. He argues that Obama is ineligible for the presidency because he has dual nationality conferred by his Kenyan father’s British citizenship.
At least two other petitions pending in the Supreme Court also challenge Obama’s citizenship, the AP story says.
