The U.S. Supreme Court stayed open on Monday, despite a rash of closings prompted by Hurricane Sandy, but it has changed its plans for Tuesday.

The court announced that oral arguments scheduled for Tuesday have been pushed back to Thursday of this week, SCOTUSblog reports.

So far, the court has not canceled oral arguments for Wednesday.
