Teen gets jail term for tagging courthouse during vandalism prosecution
A San Diego teen will go to jail for tagging benches in the courthouse where he was appearing on 31 graffiti vandalism counts last April.
Francisco Canseco, 19, was sentenced on Tuesday to six months in jail and three years of probation, report 10News, the Los Angeles Times blog LA Now and NBC San Diego.
A sheriff’s deputy who spotted the “KRE8” tag in the courthouse last April linked it to Cansseco through a graffiti tracker database, according to 10News.
