A Tennessee man who uses a toilet as a flower pot in his front yard is praising a judge’s “awesome” decision to toss a city citation for the display.

William Terry had been cited for violating the city’s maintenance code with his green use of the toilet, the Knoxville News Sentinel reports. Judge Robert McNees III of Oak Ridge ruled the city code’s definition of rubbish is so overbroad it could apply to most containers.

The Associated Press reports that Terry was “flush with success” after his court victory.

Terry told the News Sentinel he may do some additional decorating in his yard. “I might get two toilets and put them beside what you could call my driveway,” he said.
