A third defendant has pleaded guilty in an office-supply scam that bilked Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati out of $1 million.

Carlos Ivan Vargas, the president of Attorney’s Printing Supply in San Francsco, pleaded guilty last week, the San Jose Mercury News reports. According to the story, the company billed Wilson Sonsini about $1 million for printing tab dividers that were either never supplied or never ordered.

Two other men have already entered guilty pleas: Vargas’ former accounting manager Daniel Dominguez and Wilson Sonsini purchasing specialist John Tashiro, the story says. All three admitted to conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud and conspiracy to commit money laundering.

Tashiro’s take in the $1 million scam was only $3,100, the story says.
