The nation's main antitrust regulator is moving to a New York law firm.
Christine Varney will leave the antitrust division of the Department of Justice later this year to join Cravath Swaine & Moore, where she is expected to work on antitrust issues in mergers and acquisitions, reports the DealBook blog of the New York Times.
She is expected to start Sept. 6.
