Comic-book characters who were also lawyers were featured in the ABA Journal’s November 2011 issue. While researching the story, we discovered the Toy & Action Figure Museum in Pauls Valley, Okla., and contacted them to see if they had any lawyer figurines in their collection of 13,000 action figures.

Museum director Lisa Driskill says that the staff was taken by the idea, and after seeing the Top 10 Lawyers in Comics photo gallery, they decided to put together a small exhibition. “I had no idea there were so many,” Driskill said. “I knew that Daredevil was an attorney, but She-Hulk—how cool is that?”

The exhibit will contain 10 to 15 figures in a display case in the museum’s main room, and it will be opening in the next few weeks. It will remain on display for three to six months. The museum is located at 111 S. Chickasaw in Pauls Valley and is open every day but Christmas and Thanksgiving. “We’re right off Interstate 35, so people can just come on by!” Driskill says.
