Troutman Sanders adds 4 more K&L Gates lawyers to growing Charlotte office
A four-lawyer team led by two partners has exited K&L Gates for the growing Charlotte, North Carolina, office of Troutman Sanders.
Established last May with a five-partner team of corporate and real estate lawyers from K&L Gates, the 19-attorney office is now welcoming a corporate team led by Chad Warpula and Kevin Christmas, reports the Charlotte Observer.. The two partners specialize in mergers and acquisitions.
“Our plan for the Charlotte office has always been to feature a full-service practice, and the arrival of this corporate group moves us closer to the realization of that objective,” said Stephen Lewis in a Troutman Sanders press release. He serves as managing partner of the 600-attorney firm.
