A partner at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft who was arrested two months ago on misdemeanor charges is no longer with the law firm.

Robert Ughetta was arrested in May by police in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, according to prior stories by the Am Law Daily (sub. req.) and Above the Law. Ughetta was a capital markets partner in Charlotte, North Carolina, and New York.

Ughetta’s biography page on Cadwalader’s website was taken down in the past week, and an email sent to him at the firm generates an automatic reply saying he is no longer with Cadwalader, according to a new story by the Am Law Daily.
