Two more partners have jumped from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe to King & Spalding.

Kenneth Turnbull will work in King & Spalding’s professional liability and securities litigation practice in Washington, D.C., the National Law Journal reports. He represents accounting firms in securities proceedings and investigations.

A second Orrick partner joining King & Spalding, David Fine, is headed for the firm’s New York office, according to a King & Spalding press release. He also focuses on accountant liability and securities-related matters.

Litigation partners who focus on government enforcement issues are in big demand in Washington, D.C., the National Law Journal reported in a prior story.

David Schaefer, global director of communications for Orrick, told the National Law Journal that the firm still has 65 lawyers in its security and litigation enforcement group. “Our litigation division expects another successful year because of our diverse group of clients and global expertise,” he said.

Last month, three litigation partners left Orrick for King & Spalding.
