Unhappy with his mug shot, fugitive sends police a new photo
An Ohio man who disliked his mug shot supplied police with a new photo of himself looking dapper in a sport coat and sunglasses.
Police had posted the mugshot on Facebook in an effort to locate Donald “Chip” Pugh, 45, who failed to show up in court on a DUI charge, report NBC News, Cleveland.com and the Washington Post.
In his note to police Pugh wrote, “Here is a better photo that one is horrible.”
Police added the new photo to its Facebook post. “We thank him for being helpful, but now we would appreciate it if he would come speak to us,” the police department said. A department spokesman told the Post early Tuesday that Pugh remains on the lam.
