Picking the finalists for this year’s Peeps in Law contest was torturous, like making us choose between our own sugary children.
We had a great turnout this year, and we are continually amazed by our readers’ creativity and craft skills. We also had an unprecedented number of multimedia submissions, which pleased us greatly.
Below you’ll find the eight finalists. Click on their names to be taken to the full slide where you can read the captions; see close-up shots of the dioramas; and view any accompanying multimedia. “Constitutional Crisis” is actually a series of three dioramas depicting JFK’s assassination and its aftermath, so you’ll have to click through to view all three!
After you’ve perused the eight finalists, select your favorite entry in the poll. You have until 11:59 p.m. April 21 to vote for your favorite diorama, and then we’ll announce the winners on Earth Day, April 22.
The top three vote-getters will receive prizes from Just Born, the makers of Peeps. Click here to view the full rules of the contest.
And if these eight dioramas only whet your appetite for more, click through our 2014 gallery to see even more entries.
