A lawyer for condom maker Magic X doesn’t see why Warner Brothers is suing over its Harry Popper condoms.

“Our product has nothing to do with Harry Potter,” the unidentified lawyer tells the Daily Telegraph.

The Harry Popper packaging depicts a bespectacled condom and violates Warner Brothers’ copyright, the suit alleges.

The Guaridan.co.uk describes the packaging this way: “It’s the boy wizard as you’ve never seen him before. He has the trademark round spectacles and the regulation magic wand. But his tongue is extended in a lascivious manner and his thoughts are purely carnal. For good measure, he is in the guise of a pink, pimpled prophylactic.”
