Webby Legal Award Nominees Announced

You can vote for your favorite legal website from among five nominees in the 13th annual Webby Awards competition.

Nominated for best legal website are Get Legal, Immigration Advocates, JURIST, WomensLaw and Workplace Fairness.

JURIST, written by students at the University of Pittsburgh law school, has been nominated two years in a row.

ABAJournal.com isn’t in the running this year. Last year, the website won the 2008 People’s Voice Webby Award in the law category. ABAJournal.com is, however, recognized as a 2009 Honoree.

The Webby Awards are administered by the International Academy of Digital Arts & Sciences. They honor excellence on the Internet, according to a press release.
