Last week, we noted a complaint (later withdrawn) accusing a Social Security Administration employee of creating a hostile work environment by continuously passing gas. The complaint said the worker broke wind more than 60 times in a 12-week period after four meetings with superiors to discuss the problem, according to a five-page letter posted at The Smoking Gun.

So this week, we’d like to ask you: What annoying or distasteful habits of co-workers are driving you crazy? And are you suffering silently or have you tried to address the problem?

Posted by CT ATTY: “A woman called me and wanted to sue Weight Watchers because they kicked her out of the program and would not return her fees. After discussion, she admitted it was because she was gaining weight every week. She finally stated: ‘They don’t really expect you to not eat cake and cookies—do they?’ I did not take the case.”
