For some fans who sincerely mourned the end of the AMC drama Breaking Bad, reports that the lawyer character Saul Goodman would be getting his own spin-off series on the network was welcome news. Better Call Saul, a prequel which explores Goodman’s origin story, will premiere this Sunday, according to Variety.

And that’s not the only spin-off/sequel news this week. On Tuesday, it was announced that a previously unknown manuscript written by Harper Lee will be published in July. The recently uncovered book was hailed by some as the To Kill a Mockingbird sequel people have been clamoring for since the 1960s. Incidentally, John Grisham won the 2014 Harper Lee Prize for Legal Fiction for his sequel Sycamore Row, in which he finally revisited the main character of his very first novel, A Time to Kill.

So this week, we’d like to ask you: What book, movie or TV show do you wish had a sequel or spin-off? Also, what would you want that sequel or spin-off to contain?

Posted by esquire4: “I asked for and received the requested raise amount when I was legislative aide to the administrator of elections. A newbie was making more for easy clerical work due to office politics. Transparency was key. Take the risk and speak up if you deserve a raise.”
