We’re all creatures of habit, and lawyers are no exception. No matter our workplace or level of experience, our mornings can often set the productive tone for the rest of the workday—and even workweek.

Some research has shown that having a morning routine can lead to increased work efficiency, create more structure, help reduce stress, help decrease bad habits and, ultimately, aid in choosing how your day goes.

This week, we’d like to ask: What are your everyday morning work habits? Do you find that your routines help start your day off right and assist in being successful while in the office, meeting with clients or going to court?
