White & Case Selects New Leader

The head of White & Case’s Moscow office will return to New York to become the firm’s new chairman.

Hugh Verrier, an international project finance lawyer, will lead a management team under a new governance structure adopted in May, according to a press release.

Verrier will select three partners to serve with him on an executive committee, the New York Law Journal reports. Eight elected partners will serve on a partnership committee.
