A Lego man character that washed up Tuesday on a Florida beach was transported to police custody, but there was no shortage of people willing to give him a home.

The Lego man is about eight-feet tall and weighs about 100 pounds, the Sarasota Tribune reports. His green chest carries the message, “No real than you are.”

The Sarasota Convention & Visitors Bureau offered to take custody of the Lego character, the story says. But the man who found the Lego figure, Jeff Hindman, could have legal rights if no one claims him in 90 days.

Lego man’s real owner is apparently Dutch chalk artist Leon Keer, who is participating in an upcoming chalk festival at Siesta Key where the Lego man was found, the Sarasota Tribune reports in a different story.
