WolfBlock’s Delaware Lawyers in Talks with Drinker Biddle

Ten out of 11 WolfBlock lawyers in Wilmington, Del., are reportedly in talks about joining Drinker Biddle & Reath.

Among the lawyers talking about a move is managing partner Shawn Tucker, sources told the Legal Intelligencer. The only lawyer who isn’t participating in the talks is Barry Klayman, a WolfBlock partner who helped start the Wilmington office.

The 10 lawyers have a mix of practice backgrounds, the story says. It’s not clear if the entire group would make the move at one time.

The last time WolfBlock saw a number of lawyer defections came as merger talks with Akerman Senterfitt failed in September 2008, the story says.
