A woman whose fall into a mall fountain has become a YouTube sensation is considering a suit over the posting of the security video.

Cathy Cruz Marrero appeared with her lawyer on Good Morning America and hinted of a lawsuit, ABC News reports. Her lawyer, James Polyak, said he intends to find out how the video was made public. He suspected a mall security official allowed the video to be taped onto a cell phone.

Marrero told the Reading Eagle that voices of laughing people watching the security footage can be heard on the video. “Instead of laughing, they should have said, ‘Is she OK?’ and been down there right away to check on me,” she said.

The mall security company says it has fired the person responsible for sharing the video, Fox News reports.

Meanwhile, Marrero, who works at a mall store, will be in court for another matter. She is accused of using a co-worker’s credit cards to make more than $4,000 in purchases, according to the Reading Eagle.
