Lawyers in London earn an average of $1.13 million a year, but it’s not enough to make them the highest-paid professionals in the city.

Traders earn the most, with average compensation of $2.86 million, followed by bankers, who make an average of $1.98 million a year, according to research by the The Route City wealth club. Legal Week summarized the findings.

The wealth club says legal professionals earn the most from the ages of 36 to 40, when the annual average compensation is $1.24 million.
