Blogger Who Posted Bar-Exam Questions Sought

Lawyers have subpoenaed Google and EarthLink in an effort to track down the person who posted 41 questions from the Multistate Bar Examination last year, according to the Fulton County Daily Report.
In response to the subpoena, Google identified the blogger’s server as EarthLink. Now lawyers for the National Conference of Bar Examiners have obtained a subpoena that seeks to identify the blogger, the paper says.
The NCBE claims a copyright to its questions.
