A 10-year-old boy who admitted starting one of California’s devastating fires last month will not be charged.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office said in a statement there was no evidence the boy intended to start the fire, the Associated Press reports. The blaze was sparked by the boy when he was playing with matches. The fire destroyed 21 homes.

What about the rest of the fires? Who were the other people arrested? What about the suspect fleeing from the cops who was shot and killed? What about the illegal aliens who supposedly lit the other fires?

So many unanswered questions. Troubling considering al Qaeda has already outlined its plans to light fires in the American SW during fire season.

But all media is focused on some little boy.
