Bus Accidents Lucrative for Conn. Lawyer

A Connecticut lawyer has found that bus accidents are a thriving practice area with guaranteed wins.

Edward Jazlowiecki of Bristol has practiced in the area for 20 years and recovered millions of dollars in settlements, the Connecticut Law Tribune reports.

Jazlowiecki gets many of his cases through referrals. He also affiliates with lawyers in Maine, Texas and Illinois. The cases usually involve driver negligence or poor maintenance.

"You see the same pattern in bus cases," Jazlowiecki told the publication. "There's no defense to it. It's such a rush when you see the defense counsel and you know you're going to win. They always settle."
