Ex-Big Firm Lawyer Pleads in Teen Sex Case

A former mergers and acquisitions lawyer with Cravath, Swaine & Moore has pleaded guilty to charges stemming from allegations he had sex with three teenage girls.
James Colliton was accused of paying a woman to have sex with her two daughters and having sex with a third girl, the New York Times reports. All three teens were under the age of 17. He pleaded guilty to statutory rape and patronizing a prostitute, the paper said.
The New York Post, which dubs Colliton the “Lolita Lawyer,” said he admitted having sex with the girls in an in-town apartment he used on weeknights. He was arrested “while on the lam in Canada,” the paper says, but was mistakenly released and arrested once again in an East Village hotel. He will be released on Oct. 11 after spending 19 months behind bars.
"Oh, we're just so happy he's coming home!" his wife, Grace, told the Post.
